Abstract Submission

If I submit an abstract, do I have to attend the ISBME?

It is a prerequisite that the presenting author registers for inclusion in the program.
Authors who submit an abstract but fail to register by February 15, 2026 will be removed from the program.

Registration

How can I pay the registration fees?

Payment of registration fees can be made by credit card or bank transfer.  

How can I pay the registration fees for a group?

For group booking (10 and more) please contact the Registration Department at Chen@gtgevents.com

Can I register for the conference without paying?

All participants are required to pay registration fees

Can I register before the early fee deadline and pay later?

To benefit from the early bird rate, payment must be cleared in our bank account before the change of rates.

Will I receive a confirmation letter after I have finished registering?

Yes. A detailed confirmation letter and receipt will be sent to you by email as soon as payment is charged and registration is completed.
